Percent complete your whole project trusts.
Fieldcurve replaces the spreadsheet tracker for facility delivery programs: Milestones, Activities, and Tasks with weighted rollups — live for the site office, editable from the field, and still fluent in Excel.
The problem
The tracker is the project — and today it's a spreadsheet
Every turnaround and CSU program runs on a percent-complete tracker. When that tracker is a workbook, the truth forks the day someone hits 'Reply all'.
Emailed copies fork the truth — nobody is sure which version the owner saw.
Rollup formulas break silently when rows move; the summary lies with confidence.
The crew in the plant can't update a workbook from a scaffold — so updates wait, then get typed in twice.
When a number changes, nothing says who changed it, when, or why.
The product
The spreadsheet, sharpened into an instrument
Everything your tracker does today, plus everything it never could.
How it works
From workbook to live rollups, the way a facility actually does it
Follow one turnaround from import to the 7 a.m. meeting — on the same worksheet your team would use.
Step 1 — bring the structure
Start from the tracker you already have
Import the workbook, or instantiate a project template. Fieldcurve shows a dry-run diff — every create, update, and conflict, row by row — and commits in one transaction only when you approve. Phases, milestones, activities, tasks, and weights arrive intact; nothing retyped.
Step 2 — make the numbers mean something
Weight the work, hand it out
Ten tasks are rarely ten equal pieces of work. Give heavy scopes more weight — piping reinstatement counts double here — assign owners, and scope who sees what with roles at org, group, or project level. From this moment every level above a task is computed, never typed.
Step 3 — update at the workface
The crew records progress where it happens
Torque checks pass: the fitter sets the task to 75% from a phone at the flange, and it's saved — no evening retype into the master copy, no forked workbook. A blocker gets flagged the moment it's found, with an append-only note that never collides with anyone else's.
Step 4 — the truth rolls up by itself
One edit, and every level answers
The weighted rollup recomputes transactionally: activity, milestone, phase, project — 55.0 becomes 66.7, and the project header moves before the fitter pockets the phone. Hover any computed number for its contribution breakdown, and the 7 a.m. dashboard drills from any count to exactly those tasks in two clicks.
Security & trust
Built for operators who answer to auditors
Hard tenant isolation enforced at the database, deny-by-default role-based access, an append-only audit trail, and soft deletes with Undo — the compliance conversation is a feature, not a footnote.
FAQ
What evaluators ask first
Can another company ever see our data?
No. Fieldcurve is multi-tenant with a hard organization boundary: every row carries your organization id and PostgreSQL row-level security enforces it at the database, beneath the application. Cross-tenant isolation is covered by an automated test gate that runs on every change, and every status, percent, assignment, and structural change lands in an audit trail.
Does it work where there's no signal?
Yes — Fieldcurve is built for field use. Record status, percent complete, and notes offline on a phone or tablet; changes sync when connectivity returns. Comments are append-only so field notes never conflict, and a field density mode keeps touch targets glove-friendly.
We live in Excel. How do we move without losing the spreadsheet?
You don't have to abandon it. Import your existing tracker — Fieldcurve shows a full dry-run diff (creates, updates, conflicts, warnings) before committing anything — and export back to a clean .xlsx that matches your template, so owners and contractors who stay in Excel stay in the loop.
How long does rollout take?
Start from your spreadsheet or a reusable project template and you're tracking the same week. Roles, groups, and project access are configured by your own admins — no vendor ticket to add a user or change a permission.
Can we use our identity provider?
Accounts are provisioned by your org admins with role-based access controls; enterprise SSO (SAML) and SCIM provisioning are available on enterprise plans. Ask us about your identity setup.

Bring your tracker. We'll bring the rollups.
Send us your current spreadsheet and we'll walk you through it live in Fieldcurve — your structure, your weights, your numbers. Existing teams sign in as usual.
